The following sets out the conditions of use of the bp Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd (“bpSA”) website located at www.bp.com/southafrica

What law governs this website and how will disputes be resolved?

The interpretation or application in any way of this document, your use of and access to this site, and any matters related to the aforegoing shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute arising between you and bp and/or arising out of or connected with your use of this website, shall at all times be determined by private and confidential arbitration proceedings held in accordance with the prevailing rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (“AFSA”) before an arbitrator appointed by the parties, or if not appointed by the parties, then by an arbitrator appointed by AFSA.
